All homes are fully furnished, with linens, dishes, washer and dryer, dish TV, utilities including electric and heat, and access to Beaver Lake.If you have guests for a few nights, there is no extra charge.Rent is paid up front, but there is no deposit.
Monthly renters can get weekly cleaning service for $85 per week.
